C-LAB receives the prestigious European "ITEA Achievement Award" in gold for the funded research project LOMS (LOcal Mobile Services). Additionally, the booth at this year's ITEA Symposium in Rotterdam was presented the "ITEA-Exhibition Award" in silver.
The result of the LOMS project is an innovative software platform making it easy to create mobile innovative services. With this software platform small and medium sized companies can create and provide own services for mobile networks and the Internet simultaneously.
The LOMS project (LOcal Mobile Services) was conducted together with German, Belgian and Spanish partners from industry and science. In Germany the project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research from 2006 to 2008.
