We can provide two different approaches to improve the usability of your products: - Product-oriented Approach:
The use of existing software or websites is analyzed and their usability is examined afterwards. Modular building blocks like expert reviews or usability tests can be used to deduct specific suggestions for improvement. This approach is a good starting point to continuously improve the usability of your products. - Process-oriented Approach:
In order to achieve lasting and plannable quality of use, we will tailor a Task- and User-Center Design (UCD) process to suit your customers’ needs and requirements. The UCD process will complement the existing analysis, design and testing phases of your established software engineering process.
